Harris Management Services, LLC (HMS) provides specialty consulting to the global Energy Efficiency and Carbon Offset markets. The state of Connecticut is one of the few markets currently trading energy efficiency credits (EEC). Harris Management Services, LLC, offers licensed professional engineering services in support of the development and certification of measurement and verification (M&V) plans required by the Connecticut Department of Utility Control (DPUC). We have successfully developed M&V plans for this market that have been approved by the DPUC resulting in marketable EECs.
HMS is currently working with clients to assist in the development and to access emerging global markets for energy efficiency and carbon credits. We are also developing project models and M&V plans consistent with emerging global standards.
