Consistent with our view that global sustainability is dependent on the ability for business entities to enter into a creative process of change and problem solving, Harris Management Services, LLC offers strategic planning services. We work with business and non-profit entities. Our process consists of the integration of creative visualization reflecting the intention, values and vision of an organization, and the pragmatic aspects of its traditional mission and other internal and external constraints. The process is intended to allow broader principles of environmental integrity, social justice and economic fairness to have an effective influence on day to day operations.
The resulting strategic themes offer broad yet pithy guidance for all levels of management for achieving corporate goals inside of a framework that supports global sustainability.
